Description blibberblubb 2008-11-11 13:30:17 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Compiler: gcc 4.3.1
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

On my netbook it's important to me to save power as much as possible. So I went for disabling the loading of plugins globally and turning on "load plugins on demand". (the fact that "load on demand" doesn't work I read in other bug reports). Actually the only issue I have is, that though loading of plugins should be turned off, I still see nspluginviewer being top application in powertop. So, basically - no idea if "disable the loading of plugins globally" actually works - my issue is, that I needed to add *.swf to adblock to prevent konqueror from sucking off my battery.
