This looks to be a problem with the netcdf datasource within Kst. If you're not using netcdf then you could simply delete the files: kstdata_netcdf.la kstdata_netcdf.so I don't build the ubuntu packages, so the other alternative would be to build from the sources.
Will investigate further once further information on the machine configuratoin is available.
