This seems to be related to bug 173320. See bug 173320 comment 2 for detailed steps to reproduce the crash. This crash occurs with "Nuvox" theme as well as with "KDE4 Crystal Diamond" theme (may be with other icon themes too) If you can reproduce this bug using the bug 173320 comment 2 steps, this bug report would be a duplicate of it.
