Version:           0.60.2 (using KDE 4.1.2)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources

The application runs fine when launched from the gui or the terminal with no error messages occuring however I cannot login to any service (yahoo or other) though I can peruse my buddy list. When I navigate to the configure screen to select my options, I receive a window that has a titlebar and the following option button Help, OK, Defaults, Apply, Cancel. The inside of the window however is completely empty, without words or images, just greyness. The titlebar says Configure - Kopete.

this looks like an install problem. Does it go away if you run 'kbuildsycoca4' from the command line?
