Description Matthias Gies 2008-11-01 14:03:18 UTC
Version: 0.9.1 (using 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27-7-generic

Parley could also be very helpful for learning bible verses or other short text passages.
At the moment though, when the text is too long, the window is extended to the right and outside of the screen, so the text is not visible completely.
Inserting line breaks when entering data into the vocab tables would help I think.

Also, when the practice window is changed in size, the next time you start the practice, the size is reset back to original. Would be nice, if the size was saved for later sessions.

Thanks for your efforts.

Similar request - but concerning the parley plasma widget. If the question/answer is long then it gets scaled to tiny unreadable font.

A similar wish has been reported as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=244664

Yes, this is a common wish and is starting to climb as a candidate for implementation in KDE SC 4.14. :)
