Version: (using KDE 4.1.2) OS: Linux Installed from: SuSE RPMs As there is no specific menu item to set the stadard colors for (unvisited) links in Konqueror I would assume that Konqueror respects the general color settings for the desktop (as a first guess if not overwritten by css file definitions). However, when you change the general color settings for the desktop (especially for "visited links") Konqueror will not respect the new settings. So, please correct this or offer a specific color setting option for Konqueror - as e.g. Firefox and Opera do !

Hi, frankly, I do not use Konqueror as a web browser often these days. May be a wrong habit :-). As far as I can see Konqueror now follows standard recommendations regarding link colors described here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4774022/whats-default-html-css-link-color and not the settings in the chosen KDE color scheme. This is OK for me. (But should be documented better on the help pages). I assume further that basic styles are defined in the "default style sheet" - but can be changed setting up a user defined style sheet. It would be helpful if the position of the default style sheet in the file system were revealed on the help pages - but this is another topic... All in all the user has an option to define his/her own link colors - independent of the KDE color scheme. So, in my opinion, the bug can be closed.
