One of my favorite features in Eudora long ago was its ability to tell me when it was going to check mail next. IIRC, if you had set interval checking for every 30 minutes, and went to File > Check Mail at 10:45, Eudora would display (11:00) next to the Check Mail choice. 

Since KMail is already tracking the separate accounts, perhaps it could display that result without too much trouble.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
