Installed from:    Gentoo Packages

If there is no access to delete files in directory and press either del or shift+del in dolphin nothing happens. I think it should tell, that it's impossible to delete files or something like that...

This is not feature as this is obviously usability bug which made me think (twice to this moment), that I've pressed del button too easy :)
