I also noticed another backtrace right after, this one for kded4. I don't know if it's related but it looks similar to the one above so I've provided it below. Thanks for the bug report. I could not reproduce the crash using 4.1.2 on Kubuntu - could you describe in more detail how to crash Dolphin (which view mode did you use, were previews enabled, did you move the file using drag&drop or using another method...)? I would guess that this crash is a duplicate of bug 168478. The crash in comment 1 is most likely unrelated. If this reproducible for you and you can provide detailed instructions how to get this crash, you should file a new report unless it's related to package updates (a duplicate candidate would be bug 165548). In any case, a more detailed backtrace might be helpful, see http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports
It's most likely a duplicate of a bug which is fixed in 4.1.3, so I'll close this because there was no feedback. To upgrade to this version in Kubuntu, see http://www.kubuntu.org/news/kde-4.1.3. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 168478 ***
