Description Emilio 2008-10-12 14:36:01 UTC
Version: 2.0 SVN (using KDE 4.1.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Mandriva RPMs

If you try to play an mp3 file with the character "[" or the character "]" amarok does nothing. I don't know if other audio formats are also affected, nor if there are other special characters that can cause the same problem.

At least one of theses characters must appear in the name of the audio file.

To reproduce the bug do the following:
1- Play any file to check that it is played perfectly.
2- Rename the file inserting the characters [ or ].
3- Try to open the file again. Amarok shows the OSD but it does nothing.

Expected behaviour: It should play files with these characters

Thanks
