Description Neil Skrypuch 2008-10-06 04:17:15 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.2)
Compiler: gcc version 4.1.2 (Gentoo 4.1.2 p1.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

In KDE 3.x, if you have two windows open (say A and B), where A has focus and B does not have focus, if you scrollwheel up or down on B, it will receive the event, and it will now have focus (but will not be raised).

In KDE 4.1.2, in the same situation, B receives the event, but is *not* given focus, and does not raise.

I can't find any way to configure this like you can with the left/right/middle buttons, but it would be substantially better if the behaviour for this could be as it is in KDE 3.x again, or (even better) configurable.
