Description Pierre Ducroquet 2008-10-05 14:08:10 UTC
Version: 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2) (using 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2), Debian packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.26-1-amd64

Hi

As soon as we go in a hidden folder using Konqueror, the copy/cut/paste actions are disabled, and konqueror must be relaunched to enable them again.
This behaviour has been confirmed in Konqueror 4.1.2 with Debian experimental packages and KUbuntu Hardy 4.1.2 backports...

In Kubuntu 8.10 Beta Intrepid Ibex it works fine:

I can confirm this in Konqueror 4.1.2 (Kubuntu 8.04). It's funny though that the bug does not occur in Dolphin although Konqueror uses Dolphin's file management code. Trunk rev. 868661 works fine for me.

This has been reported before and will be fixed in KDE 4.1.3.
