Version:           2.0.0-beta2 "SVN TRUNK Space Odyssey" (using 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.1 (KDE 4.1 >= 20080828)) "release 52.3", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_Factory)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.25.16-0.1-default

The default shortcut for "New tab"
It would be fine to unify the default shortcut for "New tab" with other KDE's application. Konqueror and Dolphing uses Ctrl+Shift+N as default and Ctrl+T as alternate (like browsers FireFox, Opera, Chrome, MSIE).

Yes, it would be nice feature.

For the record, using KDE SC 4.9.3 and krusader 2.4.0-beta3, the shortcut of "New Tab"

dolphin: default is Ctrl+T, alternate is Ctrl+Shift+N
konqueror: default is Ctrl+T, alternate is Ctrl+Shift+N
krusader: default is Ctrl+Alt+N, alternate is None. Also, Ctrl+T and Ctrl+Shift+N are not assigned to any action .
Comment 3 Alex Bikadorov 2017-05-29 15:01:21 UTC
Default shortcut is already "Ctrl+T".
