If I click on an image: nothing happens

I use the embed view.

Cannot confirm for current 0.10svn (855851) but after several clicks on thumbnails each subsequent operation takes longer - digiKam hangs even on several minutes.

you are sure? At the moment I use beta2 with kde4.1.1 and I have this bug. The other fix was made in june.. maybe it's not the same?

ok I found a slider on the bottom.. After click on it and move them it works.
And after restart it works again. 

So I think there are a lot of bugs for the first start of digikam beta3.
Another one is if I start digikam I see the welcome intro. If I click on an image folder it doesn't view the images. I still see the welcome intro :)

The splitter problem is a very nasty one, it still happens here from time to time.

The bug mentioned additionally in #4 is fixed by now. I can confirm the slider problem as well, seems to depend on an empty config. I will investigate.
Third problem from #1 is related to 172738, and discussed by private mail between Andi, Gilles and me.

Hi Marcel,

sometimes the splitter still disappears on my system, but the config is not empty. It works for days, and suddenly it is gone... I checked this so many times but this is a really nasty one to debug.

Oh now that you mentioned it, I wanted to sent you an BT and callgrind profile :-)
