Version: 3.1.1 (using 4.1.1 (KDE 4.1.0 (4.1 >= 20080722)), Foresight packages) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.25.12-1-fl.smp.gcc4.1.x86_64 Juk allows me to add the "file name" column to a playlist page, but that column only shows the first 15 characters or so, and cannot be resized unless I switch to "resize playlist columns manually" mode. If I make the window wider, juk unhelpfully resizes the Track, and album name columns to fill the extra space instead of showing more of the File Name column. Also, why aren't there tool tips to display the rest of the grid entry if the grid is too small to display the whole value?
I can confirm this. Also something I'll take a look at.
Will be gone as soon as k3listview is out of JuK. Doesn't make sense to fix obsolete code.
Columns are resizable as I found yesterday looking trough the menus: Toggle: View / Resize Playlist Columns Manually
Perhaps this “Resize Playlist Columns Manually” option should be turned on by default? The normal and expected default behavior for list views is for the columns to resize when dragged, not inexplicably snap back to their original positions as soon as the mouse is released.
This looks suspiciously like a regression of bug 73435? (Specifically, the behavior to automatically turn on manual columns mode not working?)

I haven't used Juk in a long time. Closing.
