Description Jaime Torres 2008-08-30 21:56:33 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

In 4.1 and 4.1.60 svn trunk

Opening the addressbook and create contacts with non-ascii characters in the contact name, like the spanish ñ (Juan Español), the french-catalan ç, ....

Mark them and with the right button select the option "send contact".

I get the following boxes:

Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Protocolo desconocido «».
.

And then more information:

The file or folder /tmp/kde-jtorres/kaddressbookkWUeXJ//_sdfkjh1e1e1w1w1'file:///tmp/kde-jtorres/kaddressbookkWUeXJ//_añaña1.vcf does not exist.

(for a contact with name sdfkjhñeñeñwñwñç)

The file or folder /tmp/kde-jtorres/kaddressbookkWUeXJ//_1wpeidk'file:///tmp/kde-jtorres/kaddressbookkWUeXJ//_añaña1.vcf does not exist.

(for a contact with name ñwpeidká2)

Not reproducible on 1.11.2. I could sent contact with both names mentioned by reporter.
