It would be very useful if one was able to collapse sections and especially tables. They are making the overview in a document very bad when they cant be collapsed.

I can collapse begin{document} (??) but I cant collapse begin{table}

i have seen this function in LEd (windows).

I can not reproduce your bug.

I can happily collapse section and table environments in kile KDE4 trunk.
