Comment 4 Peter Penz 2008-08-24 12:07:33 UTC
0.5.11 should be sufficient, but there still have been bug-reports which are resolved with strigi 0.6.0. Honestly speaking I don't know whether 0.6.0 is already available as debian package :-( I've installed Suse 11.0 with the 4.1.0 packages and there strigi 0.6.0 is provided; the issue is not reproducible there.
Comment 5 Ritesh Raj Sarraf 2008-08-24 12:55:12 UTC
Okay!! In that case I'll close it and wait for the new strigi packages.
Thanks.

This is a bug in a security fix in gnome's libxml2. Please see debian bug #496125 and especially message #99 (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=496125#99). Downgrade libxml2 to version 2.6.32.dfsg-2 to fix the problem.
