Version:           4.1 (using KDE 4.1.0)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc 4.2.4 
OS:                Linux

A KDE application, Kate, Krusader etc., when closed, stays in the memory. No window is visible, but htop shows it as if it was running. On next login, they are automatically started again as if they really should have been saved in the session.
