Version: (using Devel) Installed from: Compiled sources Compiler: 4.1.3 OS: Linux systemsettings-> appearence-> fonts -> adjust all fonts -> change font size -> click ok -> click apply. Neither applications nor the plasma panel seem to use the new font-size, until i restart plasma. Please please fix this. thanks
Yes, the taskbar applet needs to react to font changes.
on yesterdays trunk neither the fonts in applications nor the desktop+panel seem to be updated on the font/size changes until plasma is restarted. I am going to try it again with a 3hrs old trunk to see if it fixed.
on trunk fonts are immediately updated
with my svn trunk build from 8hrs ago, the bug still exists, the fonts do not change on the desktop or on the panel after changing them in system settings.
updated about 10 hours ago, qt-copy svn: 889120, kdebase: 894691, kdelibs: 894713, seems to have been fixed. Will re-open if it happens again.

Here using: Qt: 4.5.0 + qt-copy-patches-936035 KDE: 4.2.66 (KDE 4.2.66 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090310)) kdelibs svn rev. 939600 / kdebase svn rev. 939602 on ArchLinux i686 - Kernel 2.6.28.7 I can't reproduce this bug. Font size is inmediatly updated on the taskbar plasmoid.
