If i add one ore more additional trash can applets to the desktop, only the first one shows the correct item count. All later added trash cans show "no items" and therefore don't offer the possibilty to empty the trash can. It doesn't matter on which activity the trash cans are located.
I'm using KDE4.1 from Kubuntu packages.

works in trunk quite nicely.
