Description David Dempster 2008-07-22 14:13:37 UTC
Version: 1.0.99 (using KDE 4.0.98)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

Dolphin currently inserts a "cd" command into the terminal window when the user clicks on a directory. This behaviour is actually quite dangerous (see bug 161637).

I would like the opposite to be implemented. If I type "cd /boot", I want the graphical window to change to that directory. Indeed, the whole reason why I'm using Dolphin with its built-in terminal rather than just using Yakuake or Konsole directly is that I want to see the files I am working on at all times.
