Description Torquil Macdonald Sørensen 2008-07-17 01:23:39 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.98)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

When dragging emails to another folder, the target folder (the one the mouse pointer is held over) is not highlighted. If the target folder was highlighted (as in KDE3), one is more confident that the correct target folder will be used.

Best regards
Torquil Sørensen

Bug in the Oxygen style, use another style or use the name of the folder under the mouse in the titlebar.

See Bug 108174: KMail: Highlight target folder when moving mails
I have been very troubled by this problem and here I found the solution.
Switching to plastique style (broken in early KDE4.0) makes this feature of kmail work.
Should the present Bug be marked a duplicate of the much earlier bug cited above?
Should this be reassigned to the oxygen style?
Thanks!
