crash recovery: missing settings for crash recovery

Once user sets "do not ask me again" (about restore) there is no option to bring it back.

BTW at the moment the only way to solve it is editing ~/.kde4/share/config/konquerorrc and removing the following line in the group "[Notification Messages]":
Restore session when konqueror didn't close correctly=false
