(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Dear sirs I downloaded yesterday night the new KDE 2.0.1 and I cannot get an internet connection with my modem anymore while everything was ok using the "old" Kde 2. My modem is the US Robotics 56K message modem. The connection problem makes the daemon die straight after the connection speed appears on the log windows.
