Version: 0.50.1 (using KDE 4.0.5) Installed from: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux This has been around for a really really long time (near 3.0). On my private work jabber server when I join a chat room, the chat room isn't saved into the bookmrak list and every day I have to reenter the details. I've learned to use the server browsing, which helps, but my conference server is a fairly long name so it's a pain to type (at one point i patched kopete to force the auto-insertion of the conference server ;-). Anyway, if I go to a public jabber server (like jabber.com) the bookmarks are saved there, so I'm not sure what the difference is. The only things i can think of: - TLS based connection - different conference server name from the primary server (conference. prepended) - ???
Thanks for reporting. Afraid I've not used group chat on jabber and gmail doesn't seem to list anything, and neither does my jabber.rootbash.com account. If you could pass me some group chat servers to pull listings from to test I'll get onto tracking this down. Feel free to add me to discuss this bug on your jabber - skyphyr@ either of the services mentioned earlier. Cheers, Alan.

Hi, I've got a jabber.rootbash.com account and joined a chat on conference.jabber.org. After this I quit kopete and restarted and the chat was visibile in my jabber.rootbash.com account bookmarks. If you still have the issue please reopen the bug along with additional details for repro. Cheers, Alan.
