Description Dotan Cohen 2008-06-30 10:45:36 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.83)

The copy dialog currently has these options for copying / moving a file to a directory in which there exists a file with the same name:
Suggest New Name
Rename | Skip | Skip All | Overwrite | Overwrite All | Cancel

I propose that an "Automatic Rename All" option be added. This option would perform the steps "Suggest New Name" and then "Rename" on all files.

As this may make the already crowded dialog box more unruly, perhaps some options could be consolidated. For instance, "Automatice Rename All", "Skip All", and "Overwrite All" could be replaced by a simple checkmark with a label such as "Perform this action automatically next time".
