provide visual indication of disabled feeds

You have to go into feed properties to notice the feed is disabled. Please, provide some notification, that it would be already obvious by just looking at feed list.

Disabled = update interval -> never.

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with Akregator 6.6.0
