Version:           4.1 beta 2 (using KDE 4.0.83)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages
OS:                Linux

1. Right click on the desktop and choose "Add plasmoids"
2. Type something in the search bar be sure a plasmoid matches the search
3. Add one of the plasmoid to your desktop
4. Erase the search text
-> No more items are in the listview
