gray out empty nodes and limit visible nodes to non-empty ones

Usually Kmenu contains X categories, but when you dive into kmenuedit it appears it contains _all_ categories (nodes) which makes editing harder than it should be.

a) please gray out all empty nodes, so user could focus only on active ones
b) please add option to filter out inactive (empty) nodes
