Kwallet appears to lose all the settings (Kopete, KMail, ...) after restarting KDE. I tried just to "Quit" the kwalletmanager and start it within the KDE session and did not lose anything.
This behaviour I've seen as in the current OpenSUSE 11.0 as Kubuntu Hardy packages.
