I had several (about 8) tabs open in konqueror, i closed it using the button on 
the window title bar, was prompted whether I wanted to quit as I had multiple 
tabs open, clicked quit and got a crash. It doesn't do it everytime, and I'm 
not sure what was special this time. Here is the backtrace in case it is
