(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: koffice
Version: 0.3.2 (KDE 2.0)
Severity: normal
Compiler: gcc version egcs-2.91.66 19990314/Linux (egcs-1.1.2 release)
OS: Linux 2.2.16-22smp i686 (Red Hat Linux )

I tried to open a wordfile today on a NT-share mounted with samba
i had no permitions to open the file because the security on the file where not the
same as the security on the NT share (eg: i could mount it as user but can't edit the file because
it's administrator only). So when i tried to open that file Kword just went down without errors just disappeared.

Nothing bad just letting you know a permition denyd popup looks better then a crashing client :)

Regards
