Installed from:    Compiled sources
Compiler:          gcc 4.2.3 
OS:                Linux

When the panel is set to certain sizes the system tray trys to keep 2 rows of icons even though they don't fit. Note that the problem only shows up when you do the next login, and if you manually resize the panel slightly again it will redo the layout correctly again until the next logout/login.
