Version:           Version 4.00.80 (KDE 4.0.80 >= (KDE 4.1 Beta1) (using Devel)
Installed from:    Compiled sources
Compiler:          gcc Daily Snapshot 
OS:                Linux

I just run the daily build image. 
To reproduce:
- add a pannel
- add a plasmoid i the panels (trascan or so)
- remove pannel, Box apear "Do you realy want to ..."
- after hitting remove, plasma crashes

Thats it. I just added the backtrace.
If you neen more infos tell me.

I can reproduce this, but only if I remove a panel with a systray on it. Removing a panel with any other plasmoid works without crashing.

I just testet it again with the newest daily build snapshot. 4.0.81, 20080527
Now it works. I couldn't reproduce the crash anymore.

Well, thanks fort the fix. I think that bug can be marked as resolved.
