Description Marc Monfette 2008-04-28 21:08:04 UTC
Version: 0.9.3 (using 3.5.9, compiled sources)
Compiler: Target: i586-manbo-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.24.4-desktop586-1mnb

I tried to use an other program instead of digikam to import my photos from my camera Kodak C533, the same message received: (sorry the original message is in French) Impossible to connect to your camera device. Please verify that is connected and openned. Digikam can recognise my device and connect to it in the configuration, my usb ports are correct and when I was on Ubuntu and also the first time I installed Mandriva One, everythings was working fine. I think that something is wrong in KDE.

Mik,

You have right. It's not relevant to digiKam
