Description ned 2008-04-26 09:59:28 UTC
Version: 0.9.3 (using KDE 3.5.9KDE 1.2)
Installed from: Ubuntu PackagesUbuntu Packages

In the import dialogue, there is currently no easy way of simply adding the date/time to the filename of the file on the camera.

I suggest adding a simple "include original filename" check box directly below the "add camera name" box, which would include the entire filename minus the extension (ie. "dscn2054").

Andi,

Still valid with 0.11.0 ?

Actually, yes. Sure it can be handled with the ManualRenameWidget, but the original bugreport is talking about the simple renaming via the checkboxes, which is not fixed yet.

Man what's wrong with B.K.O? I need to login on every click I do in here... anyway this report is not valid anymore since we have only one rename tool now.
