Description Jan Letko 2008-04-22 02:29:09 UTC
Version: 0.2.2 (using 3.5.9, Kubuntu (hardy) 4:3.5.9-0ubuntu7)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-16-generic

if I use dial up connection via kppp or via knetwork manager - Dial Up connector, after connect to operator i have a problem with use kde application.

my ifconfig command:

ppp0 Link encap:Point-to-Point Protocol
          inet addr:10.254.35.74 P-t-P:10.64.64.64 Mask:255.255.255.255
UP POINTOPOINT RUNNING NOARP MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:7 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:8 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:3
          RX bytes:70 (70.0 B) TX bytes:97 (97.0 B)

Ping from console is ok (ping to zoznam.sk - across DNS name is too OK). Mozilla Firefox work OK. But Konquerror or Kmail NO. This is very old problem with Point-to-Point protocol in KDE (Knetwork manager). I dont known where is problem, when firefox work but konquerror or kmail NO. Firefox is NO KDE application, that is true :)
