Description Alan Cramer 2008-04-20 08:59:17 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.3)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
OS: Linux

Would like to see the possible support for After Dark screensaver modules with kscreensaver. I am sure there are heaps of people who still have an After
Dark disk locked away in a dark drawer, and would love to see the light of day again.

I know I would love to have the original flying toasters screen saver again fly around my desktop.

AFAIK After dark modules written will work under mac or windows, so the information should relate to both.

A good search for "Free After Dark modules" in google will find more of these goodies.

uhm, let me put it that way: no.

at the source code level, AD modules should be almost trivially portable to the kscreensaver or xscreensaver api. at the binary level ... forget it.
