Description David 2008-04-05 04:14:32 UTC
Version: svn (using Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
OS: Linux

I have an idea. In order to take profit to full video-accelerated graphics in games, and prevent glitches, I suggest having an option (or a wrapper) to disable temporarily advance desktop effects when you run some application that uses opengl.

In my case, I have glitches with stepmania, which dissappear when I disable desktop effects before running it. So I suggest an option to disable effect for some apps, or even, have a wrapper that will disable all effects to run after the app.

What about this?
