Version:           4.0.2 (using KDE 4.0.2)
Installed from:    Unspecified Linux
Compiler:          gcc

I found the reason https mode is not working in Konqueror KDE 4 ; it is not compatible with my proxy setting though Konqueror 3.5.8 is ; if I change connecuion seting to d"irect connection to Internet" htpps mode works.

Another problem :
when in KDE 4 I click on the icon "Start bug report nothing happens !

this problem still exists with with KDE-4.1.2 ; it has been on for months !
