Version: 0.9.3 (using 3.5.8, Kubuntu (gutsy) 4:3.5.8-0ubuntu3.3) Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22-14-generic Sometimes I want to reorganise my albums, usually moving multiple albums at a time. If you don't have tags stored in the images themselves, moving the images outside digikam has a bad side-effect of removing all the tags you put on them :-( (I hope you can tell I just had that experience...) I can move one album at a time in the tree of albums, but not select multiple albums and move them. This would be a good improvement IMHO... Cheers Simon

Fixed with #158791
IMHO this problem is not fixed (as of version 7.6.0), and probably it is not even a duplicate of bug 158791: I tried to move multiple albums into another album but this doesn't still work because I can't select multiple albums at once. Steps to reproduce: - Open the "albums" view on the left side bar - create a new album - try to move multiple existing albums at once into the new album by selecting and dragging'n'dropping them It is possible to move the albums one by one, but not multiple albums at once. At least I didn't manage to do it. And if you want to move several hundreds of albums this is quite annoying....
