Description aedrin 2008-03-07 18:13:46 UTC
Version: 0.1.5 (using KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: Mandriva RPMs

when I use sendimages to send a image which is in an album with non-ascii characters (i.e. the character 'é') the filename of the resized image cannot be found by my mail program (thunderbird).

everything works well when there is no esoteric character

example:

Album: 'cimetière Montparnasse'
Image: 'img_4188.jpg'

Resized image: 'cimetière_Montparnasse-img_4188.jpg'

thunderbird cannot find this image... it seems there might be a bad encoding utf-8 or iso-8859-1, I don't know.

here is the thunderbird message:
'Unable to open temporary file. Check your temporary directory setting.'

excuse my poor english, I'm french ;-)

Aedrin,

This file still valid using kipi-plugins 0.1.6 ?

And again... is this still valid?
Otherwise we might close this.
