Description Ralph Janke 2008-02-29 21:32:48 UTC
Version: 3.5.9 (using KDE 3.5.9)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

This report is forwarded from Kubuntu (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdebase/+bug/196876):

Opening the page:
 http://css.dzone.com/news/9-signs-you-shouldnt-hire-web-
repproducibly crashes Konqueror. The crash is not immediate; but seems to occur a few seconds into the loading/rendering process. Trace can be found http://launchpadlibrarian.net/12287443/konqueror.kcrash
Comment 1 FiNeX 2008-06-27 17:27:47 UTC
I cannot reproduce the crash using current trunk (~KDE4.1-beta2).

If you can reproduce the crash (on KDE4), you should install the debug enabled packages and provide the backtrace. Read this page for the instructions:

http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports

Otherwise we can let this bug closed.

Anyway the page is very bad rendered.

@Ralph: if you want you can open a new bug report about the bad rendering of that page on KDE4

Thanks a lot! :-)
