Description Ahmad Samir 2008-02-13 23:12:05 UTC
Version: 1.0.3 (using KDE 3.5.7)

When burning a cd iso file and choosing to verify written data there's an error "Written data in track 1 differs from original" I tried several cd's and dvd's from two different brands and still the data verification fails. The cd although not verified seemed to work just fine. Here is the debugging ouptput:

I also encounter this bug. When I ask k3b to verify a CD, it always says that verification has failed, altough the CD is correctly burned. If I compute the md5sum of the CD containing the burned image, it's exactly the same that the one of the original iso image

Seems to be exactly the same problem as bug 157332.
