Version: 4.0.1 (using KDE 4.0.1) Installed from: Gentoo Packages Compiler: gcc version 4.1.2 (Gentoo 4.1.2 p1.0.2) amd64 OS: Linux I import my private certyficate into konqueror and after that I try to connect to my secure website and it don't work - I get rejected. It worked fine in kde-3.5
Can you still reproduce this bug with a recent KDE version? (4.1.3 / 4.2beta2 / 4.2svn) ? Thanks :)
Yes, bug is still in svn version of KDE compiled today.
I can confirm this bug on KDE 4.2.0.
Boys, this is really very important pice of code. You lose the most advanced users.
I've tryed 4.3beta and the bug seems still there.
This bug prevents me from using KDE at my place of work.
This is a known problem. The personal certificate management related stuff has never been properly ported from KDE 3.5 code. It is pending until someone comes along and does the work.
Please check if this issue is still valid for Konqueror 4.8.4 or later.
