Description Maciej Pilichowski 2008-02-09 10:35:30 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

Currently if I go to dir where I keep all downloaded data I cannot say which one is incomplete and which is complete download. I have to run ktorrent and check one by one the status.

Konqueror use pretty nice mechanism -- by simply adding .part to incomplete downloads. Once the download is completed, it removes .part extension.

Please add this to Ktorrent as well. It could be configurable:
[ ] add .part extension to incomplete downloads
[ ] add .part extension to incomplete torrents

PS. Maybe I clarify one thing -- let's say you have torrent with A directory and F1-F10 files. The .part suffix should be added to the main entry -- in this case A directory --> A.part not to every file.

If there are more top entries .part suffix should be added to them as well.
