Better but still slow in KDE 4.2.2
Problem persists in KDE 4.2.3
This site opens at nearly same speed in konqueror(4.3 beta2) and firefox for me. Although it takes around 20 seconds to load the site on both. I doubt site is also somewhat slow. Can you please check with other browser also and confirm. Please post your load time.
Load time has always been good. Just scrolling down the page is "jerky" and slower. Though it has improved somewhat the problem is still noticeable.
Yes I notice scrolling is not good. Website is quite heavy though. Not sure if it is fixable.
Scrolls just fine in Firefox and Opera
Still a little choppy in 4.3.1, but much much better
Thank you for the bug report. As this report hasn't seen any changes in 10 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists. If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved.
As no one has seen fit to address the issue in 10 years. I was sorely tempted not to respond. Be that as it may. I haven't used Konqueror in a very very very long time. And I no longer have it installed on my computer. A shame really. It was a brilliant browser when it came out and for several years after. Then it just got worse and worse. Funny how google took your worki made it there own and left konqueror in the dust.
