Description Colin S. Miller 2008-01-31 22:27:00 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

I tried to print a 12-page pdf as double sided, two pages per side on a non-duplex printer.
I did this by selecting two-pages-per side on the advanced options dialog, and odd only on the main dialog.

kdeprint did what I asked for, not what I meant, namely it printed pages 1&3 on the first sheet, then 5&7 on the next, etc.

To do what I wanted, I had to manually select the page ranges 1,2,5,6,9,10... and 3,4,7,8...
I think there should be a DWIM option for this. I found bugs 107936 and 60037, which may be related.

How do I reassign this bug to kdeprint? The normal bugzilla dropdown lists are replaced with a info box on the topright.

Just ask :)

What is a "DWIM option" ??

KDEPrint is obsolete, unmaintained and will never be revived. Closing all open bugs.
