When you hover your mouse over an Icon an menu appears that allows you to resize, orient etc, the icon.  If i quickly run my mouse pointer over several icons, the will stick on.  Also if i run my mouse pointer quickly over and off of an icon it will also get stuck on.  If i go back to the ones where the icon menu is stuck on, move my mouse over it and then back off the icon menu will turn off like it should.
